Shipping policy
IN-STORE PICKUP:
If this option is available, you can collect your online purchase directly from our store. You’ll be notified by email or text message when your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that in-store pickups can only be made during our regular business hours, and you'll need to present a valid ID along with your order confirmation when collecting.

LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA:
We currently provide one local delivery method, bringing your order straight to your door through our trusted courier service.
- Standard Delivery: Expected delivery time is 2 to 4 working days, at a flat fee of R250.
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM on weekdays are shipped the same day.
- Orders made after 10:00 AM on weekdays are sent out the next business day.
- Weekend orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.
All parcels are securely packed in sturdy packaging to protect your items during transit. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during delivery.
These timeframes are estimates and do not account for public holidays or unforeseen delays. Nonetheless, we are committed to getting your order to you as promptly as possible, because we know waiting isn't fun.
